Editor-in-Chief: Andrew Seto
Andy is a second year MAPA student whose research interests are in fiscal federalism and federal-provincial relations, specifically transfer programs and equalization. Prior to entering the MAPA program, Andy graduated from Dalhousie University with a BA in Political Science and History. He hopes to bring his previous experiences working on academic journals during his undergrad to the Editor-in-Chief role to enhance engagement between the student community and CPoPP even more, and build interest in students and their colleagues’ work.
Managing Editor: Steven Wright
Steven is in his final year at Carleton and is excited to leave a mark on the program that has given him the opportunity to learn and grow as a leader. He comes into the role with management experience in student-run initiatives in both Carleton University’s School of Public Policy and Administration and as a student leader at Western University. Steven is very excited to be part of this year’s editorial board and believes CPoPP is a great venue to showcase some of the leading edge student-driven research coming out of Carleton’s SPPA program. Here’s to a great year and another great edition of CPoPP!
Communications and Events Manager: Juliana Rodger
Juliana is a first year Master’s student in the Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership program and also holds a B.A. (Hon.) in Political Science from Carleton. Juliana currently works full-time as the Executive Officer of a local nonprofit organization. She is looking forward to her role at CPoPP, which combines her two passions, communications and public policy.
Productions Manager: Miriam Gough
Miriam is a first-year student in the Masters of Public Policy and Administration Program. She completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science at McGill University. Before returning to university to complete her Masters, Miriam worked in a variety of positions related to politics and public policy. Finance Manager: Michael Cameron
Michael is completing his first year in the Masters of Public Policy and Administration Program. He returns to academia after 8 years of experience working in international cooperation. Previously, Michael completed his B.A. in Environmental Studies. He is dedicated to supporting the Editorial Board secure the necessary resources for CPoPP to continue to be a platform that features the valuable research and analysis being produced by graduate students of the School of Public Policy and Administration.
